Intelligent emergency rescue management system(IERMS) brings a marine rescue solution specialized in rescue situations where multiple rescue groups can’t cooperate with each other well against the difficulties in rescuing and back end team doesn’t know what front end is exactly going on that they can’t adjust tactics immediately.

Drowning & rescue

The sea, lakes, piers, riversides, and rivers have been under management in most of the waters of our country. However, due to factors such as water playing, water area gathering with activities, accidents in the waters may easily occur. But with the rescue management system, the front-end system can monitor in real time when it comes to dangers. While it’s in emergency, the system can immediately transmit the images & videos to the back end and the back end can send forward water rescue robots and personnel to rescue and reduce losses in time.
Flood relief

During the flood season from April to September each year, 26 provinces including Guangxi, Guizhou, Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi, and Chongqing may be affected by floods. Through IERMS, the on-site situation can be monitored in advance through the front-end. The system also integrates GIS map to locate the on-site area. After receiving the images and videos at the back-end, it will cooperate with the front-end to dispatch water rescue boats for multi-person rescue in time to improve emergency search and rescue, improving efficiency and reducing more losses.
Salvage and rescue

Salvage and rescue in waters is an extremely complex task. Its underwater environment is complex, with low visibility and wide range. Even in autumn and winter with low temperature, which brings challenges to firefighting and rescue teams, the front-end AI smart camera of the system can still monitor the alarm or the back-end receives on-site salvage requests, and the back-end can assign front-end underwater search and rescue teams to the scene and use underwater robots to assist in salvage to complete search and salvage tasks and improve search and rescue efficiency.
Water area monitoring

Summer is a period where heavy rainfall occurs quite often, and is also a period where students or even adults meet with accidents. In some remote rivers, lakes, reservoirs, ponds and other places, they often bring huge challenges to safety supervision. Yet IERMS features drone audio transmitting and AI Camera with 24-hour face recognition and monitoring which can quickly capture human faces and give intelligent alarms for cross-border detection as well as communication via drone. If there’s any problem going on in the area of the detection, it will then immediately report to the back end and the back end will send forward the equipment and personnel to check it out or carry out operation.
